About Our Business

The “Gumbo2Go” company was created by South Louisiana natives J.J. &
Crystal Aucoin. Since relocating to southeast Idaho we noticed the need for
greater variety in the foods that the local region had to offer.

Over the last few years we have introduced many of our friends to our authentic
“Cajun” food recipes. Everyone continues to fall in love with it!

While growing up in “bayou country” I was raised on Cajun food prepared from
recipes that were passed down from generations ago. After 40 years we still love
eating this tasty food.

We also enjoy promoting the flavorful food & culture of south Louisiana. Great
pride is taken in providing our unique “Southern Louisiana style” products to the
folks of the Northwest. Both new and returning customers will agree that our
products are some of the tastiest food they have ever eaten. Give us a try and see
