The “Gumbo2Go” company was created by south Louisiana natives J.J. Aucoin and wife
Crystal. We still enjoy visiting the "Homeland" from time to time to see family and friends. Also on
our agenda while in Bayou Country is to sample as much of the local foods as humanly possible!
